Positive: I enjoyed every aspect of my trip as the staff went above and beyond to over deliver on my stay. They took account of my preferences and gave me a villa with more privacy despite not needing to do so. They took all my requests into consideration and always went out of their way to deliver with huge smiles on their face. The location is beautiful as you're in a less touristy area with a beautiful view and it's peaceful + quiet. The pictures do not do the villas justice as they're lovely and comfortable to stay in. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Santorini.

Negative: If I were to really nitpick I'd say the variety on breakfast was a little basic. Eating omelette every day can get a little bit boring but the omelette was really nice. (Maybe adding croissants, pancakes or other things like that would be cool)

Positive: The Villa was large and spacious. There were four of us and we felt like we all had ample space. The outdoor patio overlooking the Caldera was where we bulk the most of our time. And Jody was a gracious host. And Caesar, who took care of things like bringing us ice and bringing our breakfast each morning was an extremely hard worker. I was up one morning at 5 AM and it looked like he had already been up for an hour cleaning the common areas.

Positive: The property is very clean. My children walked around in white socks most of the time and hardly any change in colour .. that’s how clean. The manager is very kind and friendly. He makes you feel such a special guest and gave us VIP treatment and a very warm welcome including recommending a friend’s restaurant for lunch which was absolutely Michelin style for reasonably priced and the view .. I’m forever grateful. The breakfast is delicious. Would be nice to have variation in it. Say some sausages, baked beans instead of daily eggs. Even then, I cannot fault them. They are so good at what they do. Imagine breakfast with a sea view by the pool side.. pack your bags for holiday. It’s all real.

Negative: Was initially upset about extra daily fee for children beds, but in the end we resolved the misunderstanding. I made the payments smoothly and it was all very professionally handled. These guys have great customer service.
