Positive: Fantastic location 100m from Palenque ruins ticket office. Lovely pool. Welcoming staff. Agoutis, spider monkeys, howler monkeys and huge blue butterflies

Positive: It was in a beautiful location - if you want to go to the ruins and national park, it's in a perfect location. The pool is lovely and a great place to chill and relax. The staff were very helpful and constantly working to improve the look and cleanliness of the place.

Negative: The restaurant was ok, bit expensive and there wasn't much of a social feel with the other guests and the bar/restaurant. It was a little bit far from shops.but you can get a shuttle bus, but it finish pretty early.

Positive: Loved the jungle surrounds, the massage rooms, the lizards and garden area

Negative: While our room had fans it was very hot at night and needed to use wet sarong to sleep. The pool was more like a hot tub but cooled down with some rain. It's the jungle. Food and drinks good but pricier than in town.
