Positive: Comfortable appartment. The owner is nice. There are few nice restaurants near by.

Negative: The bed is not so comfortable. Its a little bit far a way from the center

Positive: Valter was an excellent contact and went over all the quirks of the property. The area was quiet but also in within walking distance of main attractions and water busses. A working washing machine was a plus.

Negative: The bed was almost as hard as the tile floor.
