Positive: Location. Received info we needed before arrival. Tge garden was very pretty. We took a lot of photos there.

Negative: Our floors felt like they were sinking in. The room got pretty warm/stuffy at night. There was no room service. We did not have an iron.

Positive: We had a great time during our stay. On our first day, we had a small issue with one of the windows that wasn’t closing properly. The next day, we were offered an upgraded option, which was excellent. It provided more space and was much quieter—exactly what we had requested.
