Summary: We loved this Airbnb! Spotless, great decor. The owner was so kind, welcomed us, explained everything, let us check in early, leave our backpacks there the next day after our check out time. We hope to definitely go back in the future!

Summary: Ca’ Patron pays attention to every detail. Despite the chaos of so many tourist areas of Venice, this location is quiet and peaceful. The room is as pictured, and very nice and clean with thoughtful touches like chocolates, complimentary water bottles, a kettle, a coffee maker. The toiletries in the bathroom are high quality, even the hair dryer isn’t some cheap thing. The rain cloud style shower head in the bathroom was heavenly and the water nice and hot. Bed was comfortable and the tv was a smart tv. Very nice. You’re about a 30 min walk from the train station Santa Lucia, and 15 minutes to St. Mark’s square. Would return again for sure.

Summary: This property was super close to the main port which takes you to the airport / murano & burano and had plenty of restaurants and stores around it. The host, Alessandro, was super helpful and responsive. I also truly appreciated how he had set up the room and provided free drinks and snacks!! I loved the room and have no complaints whatsoever

Summary: The air conditioning wasn't turned on but Alessandro could not have been nicer. He was so accommodating and helpful. I was suspicious about all the 10 star reviews but after staying here, I know it's legit. The room was clean and very nice. Marble tile floors, sliding door shower and bed was comfy. It's out of the way from the tourist spots and in a quiet area but also close to Ponte Rialto.

Summary: Clean room and well designed. Staff was on point helpful and friendly. Communicated well. Told us how to get to Venice. Bed was excellent and all around great experience. Would recommend top choice great location. WiFi air conditioning fridge hair dryer coffee machine in room welcome snacks and water.

The location is perfect—centrally situated within easy walking distance to all the main attractions and sights, while still tucked away enough to remain quiet for a great night’s rest. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it convenient without feeling crowded or noisy. Alessandro made the check-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free, and his hospitality truly stands out—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, a fantastic stay once again. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Venice.

Summary: I was recommended this stay by friends who said it was their favorite stay on their whole journey through Italy and I could not agree more. Alessandro was an incredible host and made everything super accessible. The location is perfect for being close enough to the tourist attractions but equally close to the quaint parts of Venice in order to get away from crowds. As a first time visitor to Venice I think staying here made me fall in love with it. Everything was VERY clean and the interior was designed beautifully to represent Venetian charm but also feeling modern. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
