Positive: Great location, easy to find, friendly staff, lovely countryside around

Negative: Unfortunalty there was no chef when I was staying there, so had to walk into Goring for food, this isn't far and only a short term issue, would have been nice to know before arrival

Positive: Staff were brilliant in the bar next door, really helpful and happy.

Negative: Night was really noisy, there was a group of people who knocked on my door at 1:00 am waking me up and then proceeded to talk for ages outside the room.

Positive: The bed was quite comfortable and everything was provided as advertised at a good price for the area.

Negative: The pub had run out of hand pumped beer and the accommodation, though perfectly adequate felt a little tired. An option for breakfast would have been nice but the pub was still locked up when we left just before 11am.

Negative: The room needed a total make over. The bedside light fittings were very loose & wobbly, they weren't done up properly, the window security stay was broken, the shower was loose & missing a control knob. Just a bit dated.
