The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated — it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Positive: The property was exactly what we needed for a week-end where we were out exploring the area but comfortable and well catered for when we got back. The location in goring is perfect for everything from restaurants, shops and access to the train station etc. as well as getting out for bike rides or runs.

Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Positive: Very well equipped and .spotless. Wonderfully quiet and surrounded by a lovely garden. Very convenient for helping our family to settle in to their new home in Streatley. Thank you Nicola.

Negative: Just three minor things. The main light above the TV needs a new bulb. We couldn’t get TV channels, which we were warned about. The exterior light doesn’t shine on the steps nearer to the gate. I had to get something from the car when it was dark so had to tread very carefully near those steps. Maybe a torch would be helpful.

Summary: Most enjoyable stay in a lovely, well equipped Suite.

Positive: Perfect accommodation for my sons stay. Host was very quick to respond and very easy to deal with. Booked for local sports event so grateful for the space the parking, ground floor accommodation, rather than a hotel. Clean, Comfy bed, good shower - also had Sky Sports - a real bonus ! Host allowed us extra time at check out - thank you - very much appreciated.
