Summary: Room was clean if you don’t look under the bed. We lost a toy and fished it from under the bed totally dusty. One bed was falling apart, the side near legs was dangerously leaning over. Mattress was loud and bumpy. All doors creaked - if one of the family members was going to the bathroom during the night, everyone was going to wake up! 😂 Internet was spotty, so everyone had a withdrawal symptoms 😁 I’m giving 4 stars for the location and the fair price.

Summary: We were excited to stay in a little cabin. We planned on roughing it a bit since it's a cabin. The beds in cabin number 7. We're the worst. With every movement it creaked loudly. It was not comfortable. Under the bed had not been cleaned, for months I'm guessing. The room was well insulated. Shower was clean and good size. The coffee pot filter area was not clean. After 2 days of hiking Bryce, a better bed would have been nice. When we put our keys in the drop box it wasn't even locked which was weird but we're from California.

Summary: It was hard to find the phone number to call ahead for check in. Therecwas no remote to the tv and no one at the desk at 8:30 when we called. Also the room had a coffee pot, but no coffee supplies. The desk clerk when we checked in was very friendly and helpful.

Summary: Parking was fine, the only issue was that the floor was greasy and filthy. Tried to wipe it up and the rag was black. There were what looked like blood stains on the sheets. Evwn the lampshade was sideways when we got in, which shows that someone didn’t do a great job checking the place after cleaning. Doing a better job of cleaning would go a long way.

Summary: You get what you pay for. Cabin was ok Could have used a thorough cleaning. Breakfast was poor. Room breakfast was served in was also in need of cleaning.

Summary: Cabins were clean. Parking was easy. I couldn't get the ceiling fan to work. A table and chair inside the cabin would have been nice.

Summary: Lovely log cabins , unfortunately housekeeping left a bin of previous guests rubbish . Found the bed extremely uncomfortable but apart from that we had a lovely stay and breakfast over the road at the hotel was lovely

Summary: The vanity area was not clean and the shower looked like it needed a good cleaning. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and liked how easy it was to get around Tropic.
