Summary: Clean room, easy check in and check out. Quiet location. Nice touches- chocolate on your coffee tray, we had a massage chair in our room which was fun! Breakfast was ok but the host was not overly friendly, just doing her job.

Summary: Host was rude when checking in. Felt like it was an inconvenience to her and there was no direction provided for checkin, checkout, & maintenance issues. Bring earplugs as you'll hear others in the B&B (opening & shutting doors, walking, and cleaner playing music). Good location and bed was comfy but those don't outweigh the negatives. Breakfast smelled good, but I didn't try it. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

Summary: Problem with plumbing kept us from getting the room with jetted tub, was disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and convenient to National Park Bryce Canyon
