Summary: The cabin was clean and was very comfortable. Check in process was very efficient with just using the key pad. Great stay! We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Cute cabin, slept well, nice location, staff unresponsive to me and hotels.com for 48 hours, but managed to send me two emails inviting me to stay at other properties. Floor in front of sink was wet. Cleaning staff said they had same problem in another cabin. Door guard on bottom of door was broken and 3/4 of bottom of door was exposed so critters could have slithered in if they so choose. Light shone in the next morning bright and early. We had asked to cancel and a simple no would have worked instead of making up excuses and giving untrue info to hotels.com.

Summary: The place was excellent. Cute, quiet, easy to find, had all the amenities we needed. Cute little patio area to enjoy the mountains while drinking coffee.I only rated staff as average just because I never saw them to rate them. Honestly how it worked, they weren’t even needed. I was emailed the cabin number and passcode for the door a day in advance so honestly staff was not needed. It was very slick.

Summary: The price was good and the cabin was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was more towels and washcloths for a family of 4 for 3 nights would have been appreciated.

Summary: No one was present at check-in, and the phone number provided was not being monitored. The company that operates this property appears to manage several in the area, and I had to go from one location to another until I found someone who could help me access our cabin. What a joke. Communication from ownership was extremely poor. Given that the property is quite remote, I would strongly recommend choosing a place with more reliable support and accessibility. Additionally, the setting was disappointing, it’s essentially a gravel parking lot overlooking a dilapidated farm. The windows were dirty, and there were noticeable stains in the carpet.

Summary: Super cute place that served our needs! The main wall heater didn't heat up, but there were two back up heaters available. Overall a nice quite place to come back to after a day in Bryce Canyon : )

Summary: The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Very responsive. Hot water in the shower didn't last long enough for two consecutive showers so I would plan accordingly. The mattress was not the worst but could have but could have been a little more comfortable. A ceiling, floor, or tabletop fan for circulation of air would have been a nice addition. Overall a good stay!
