Summary: Great stay!! Property has everything you need in one lovely location. Efficient, clean and pleasant staff. There is a restaurant, casino, garden area with tables and chairs, and a pool area. We enjoyed dinner and relaxed in the garden are early evening. Wonderful!!

Summary: Customer Services were top notch 👌 Bed, bathrooms clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The elevators weren't working 😕 and with all our luggage this was difficult. The old school continental breakfast was serviceable and the coffee was awful 😖 but we did find a local barista @lighthouse just down the way that was fantastic 😀 The pool and hottub looked great, we were simply too tired as this was a pitstop for us on our way home. Overall a great stay!

Summary: The ability to do laundry on site was great. Our microwave quit working and they delivered a new one the next day. Great bed and good shower - facility needs a bit of updating, but all in all it was a great hotel stay.

Summary: Good: Service was overall good, as was the location. Pool area was nice. Not good - the beds and pillows were rock hard. Cleanliness was iffy (found a contact that was not my wife’s in our bathroom sink). Hotel is dated. Microwave and the drain stopper to have a bath both did not work properly. Tried to use the pool but there 40 kids in the smallish pool with the parents ignoring them (I know, not the hotel’s fault, but have a cap on how many at a time?) both of my boys got trampled in the pool and a toddler had to be saved from drowning by an adult because the parents were too busy talking amongst themselves to keep an eye on the child. Breakfast options were sparse, especially for the packed hotel.

Summary: It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness could be better, especially the bathroom floor. This section of town is unfortunately a bit less desirable than other areas of Missoula. Seemed like a number of unsheltered people. Not many businesses nearby either. The hotel staff were very nice. And the breakfast is good.
