1 Bedroom Condo in Riverfront, Missoula

The Babs Building was built in 1905 and has housed many of Missoula's colorful characters over the years. More recently, the building was completely updated into luxurious condos that provide it's occupants with immediate proximity to Missoula's downtown area. Unit 7 is recently remodeled and immaculate. The original wood floors were refinished and remain but everything else was tastefully redone in a manner that compliments the building's era of construction.
Unit 7 is a well furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 630 square foot space within walking distance of everything Missoula has to offer. The unit has a fully furnished kitchen, comfortable living room with sleeper couch for extra guests, cable TV, wifi, and is one of the best locations in town. A washer and dryer are in the unit for additional convenience. Located on the Hip Strip, restaurants, coffee, and a brewery are steps away and downtown Missoula is less than a 5 minute walk. The University of Montana is only a 10 minute walk, making Unit 7 the perfect place to stay if you are visiting a student or cheering for the Grizzlies.

Summary: This condo was roomer than I was expecting. Cozy place to relax in the cold winter months and conveniently located to walk where you need to when you want to get out. I wish we would’ve had more time to use the common room downstairs.
