Positive: Liked having washer and dryer. Liked having a notebook explaining how everything worked in townhome. Only 2.9 miles to Costco. Only 3.4 miles to Missoula Cemetery. Only 2.8 miles to the Mansfield Library at University of Montana. Only 6.3 miles to Smokejumpers Visitor Center.

Negative: Suggest having grab bars for bath tub.

Negative: Really the only thing I suggest is they need a hood frying pan for eggs. Yet that can be hard to do because not everyone would take good care of a nice frying pan
