Summary: There were 8 of us visiting to celebrate a 50th birthday. House was great and very spacious for all.of us. Blake was available for all questions and concerns and allowed us.to check in early as our.flight got in a few hours before check in. We all had a great.time and the hot.tub was great. Thank you!

Summary: We had a group of 20 guests - some family with majority of my daughters friends from all over to celebrate her 21st birthday. We rented two homes to accommodate our large group. There was an issue with one of the homes the day of check in and Julian and Blake were all over it and helped us find like accommodations right in the same area. Julian was absolutely awesome with answering our questions, responding quickly and providing recommendations for all sorts of things. The homes we had - Tricia and Johnny worked out perfectly for our group. Getting to and from house to downtown via Uber worked great for everyone to set their own timing and in planning what everyone wanted to do. I would definitely rent with Blake and Julian again and hoping to come back in the spring!

Summary: We had a group of 10 friends for four days. Would have to say the open plan kitchen/dining/family room was definitely appreciated and the “hub” of our visit. The jacuzzi and the parking were also nice, as were the vaulted ceilings. As a group, we are very finicky about cleanliness and upkeep; all of our questions were answered quickly by the rental team. Very close to I-65, Broadway, Franklin.

Summary: Inside of house is lovely. Lots of construction going on in area so it looks torn up . The outside of the property definitely needs some TLC. Dusty and dirty so the cleaners should be addressing this. Also some tables and nightstands need to be moved when cleaning. As I said the inside was lovely. Could use some more plates and bowls and the pans are either tiny or too big plus some were just worn out. The best part of the house was its location to Broadway. Just a $8 to $10 uber ride. Definitely recommend!
