Summary: The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is beautiful, spacious and very clean! The view of the downtown skyline from the 2 balconies is amazing! Very close to downtown and a short drive or Uber ride to Nashville’s main attractions! The property owner, Annette, is the sweetest and text to check on us upon arrival and the morning after our first night there. Anytime I had a question she answered me within minutes. I will most definitely be planning another trip soon and booking this property!

Summary: Very nicely done remodel that had large groups in mind. The open concept kitchen with huge sectional and oversized dining table made everyone feel included. Rooftop and ground level decks have great outdoor couches conducive for conversations and memory making. Just a short Uber/Lyft ride to all of the fun in Nashville. We had a group of 10 and everyone had their own bed and was completely comfortable. We'll definitely return!

Summary: This place is awesome! Only 7 minute Uber from Broadway, it’s immaculate, with no expenses spared to finish it. The place is massive, has to be atleast 4500 sq feet, it easily fit 12 of us with not one bed shared. Annette is a great host and was incredibly responsive. Will text Annette the next time I come to Nashville because this is the place to stay!

Summary: We were a group of 15 family members meeting up in Nashville for Thanksgiving. Staying a total of 4 nights. The lock code did not work when we arrived and phone calls to the owner went unanswered (as did texts and messages through the app) VRBO rep found us a hotel for the night. Owner called, apologized profusely, reset codes, and we were in the house the next morning. From that point on, it was great. The house is beautiful, huge, convenient to Broadway. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Nice big dining room table that the whole family could sit around for Thanksgiving dinner. There is an enormous U shaped sofa where we gathered for movies. Some folks played ping pong up in the game room on the third floor. I would stay there again in a heart beat. Definitely recommend highly.

Summary: We were a group of 6 adults that select one city a year to visit. This year was Nashville. Although the house was bigger than we needed, it was near downtown and a short Uber ride to all the places that were on our to-do list. The house was very clean and Annette was very accommodating. Big open area allowed for all of us to have coffee and plan our day. Easy check-in.

Summary: This was one of the best houses I have stayed at as far as VRBO’s are concerned! The house was in a great location. Very short and cheap Uber to downtown. The house was gorgeous and was in pristine condition. There were plenty of activities to do at the house for our group. We had a party of 10 guys, and everyone had there own bed to sleep in! The owner, Annette was more than accommodating to us. She got back to us immediately with any questions and gave us tons of recommendations on food/bars to visit in the area. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Nashville area.

Summary: When you’re searching for a house for twenty people, there honestly aren’t that many options. Either you choose something exorbitantly expensive, or something too small where everyone is sleeping on the ground, or something that’s way out of town. You can imagine how excited we all were when we saw the listing for this beautiful new home near central Nashville that had a bed for everyone. But the experience at this home is much more than just the house (which is just as amazing and as nice as it looks). The host, Annette, is the epitome of southern hospitality and friendliness. She made sure we had everything we needed, and was flexible with arrival and departure times, significantly easing our travel plans with 20 people and their luggage to haul around. The welcome packet was clear, the WiFi worked great (NOT a guarantee with rentals I’ve found), and Annette even left us a bottle of wine to welcome us to Nashville. All in all, it was an amazing weekend and this house was a big part of our fun. Complaints are few! The master bath shower takes a long time to heat up. That’s honestly it. Great home close to the action. Book with confidence!

Summary: We rented this house for a multi-family gathering over Thanksgiving day weekend and were extremely pleased with our experience. Our host was accommodative and very responsive when it came to our questions and requests. This is an almost brand-new house that is quite stylish and modern. Our kids were thrilled with all of the things that they could do in the house (ping pong, foosball, outdoor lawn games, separate movie room) and it was ideal to have a place for all of them to congregate. For the adults, the kitchen and great room provided the perfect place to congregate and socialize. The grill and 4th floor deck were also a hit. Plenty of on-site parking meant that we never needed to worry about our cars or pay for parking. Some activities are within walking distance (e.g. the brand new, amazing Tennessee State Museum), while others are a short $8 uber ride away. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this house!

Summary: This house was the perfect solution for getting our big group of friends together for a weekend in Nashville. We had 14 people and everyone had a bed to sleep on. The kitchen and living room were perfect for eating and hanging out, and the location was great too; just a quick Uber to downtown.
