Summary: Group of men in town for a college reunion. Property was well furnished and stocked. Easy check in process. We saw earlier comments about the neighborhood, but we had 0 issues and 0 concerns. Great property, would 10/10 stay again.

Summary: Our company stayed here as we were in town for training. From beginning to end the process was easy and exceeded our expectations. As mentioned in other reviews the surrounding neighborhood isn’t the greatest, but no one bothered us and everyone kept to themselves. At no point did we not feel safe. I would highly recommend this property and if I travel back to Nashville I will look to stay here again.

Summary: Rental was a beautiful in person as pictures on display. However, location is not in the best area of town so be ware. Would not have spent the amount of money charged to stay in that area. But overall, we had no issues and were comfortable in the rental.

Summary: We stayed 3 nights with a large group and very much enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and most importantly, it was clean. Lynn was a great host and provided excellent communication. We had a total of 12 guys and each one of us had our own bed. As some others have mentioned the neighborhood is a little dodgy but never had any issues.

Summary: Stayed 5 nights for a golf trip with 8 adults. House was just as advertised, very clean upon arrival. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking necessities. Neighborhood was a bit dodgy but never had any issues. Very close to downtown (max 10 min Uber). We would sty there again for sure.

Summary: The house itself is amazing. Tons of space. Even in the room with the bunks, the beds are incredibly large and comfortable. The neighborhood isn’t the prettiest but you definitely didn’t want for anything because the house had everything. No more than a 10-15 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Host team was excellent with communication. Very accommodating.
