Positive: Breakfast.

Negative: Front desk people generally did not want to look up free bus passes for the conference. Did not want to help someone to open the Garage door when prompted. Room did not get cleaned. I left the door hanger on but they never got to 305.

Summary: Roads were being ripped up so it wasn't as nice a stay as It could have been.

Negative: The extra cost of parking was a little too high. When booking the hotel online it implied that it included parking.

Positive: The location was perfect. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Initially we got an inward facing room which was so claustrophobic. They changed it to a room facing the outside on our 2nd night.

Negative: Although small, it was a bit difficult to navigate inside the lodge. Secondly, the breakfast was sub par. Was expecting better.

Summary: Perfectly located in the heart of Banff downtown. Breakfast is okay ish, but the convenience makes up for it.
