Summary: We found the property exactly as advertised and it was wonderful. It was very clean, well-equipped, and located in a friendly and safe neighborhood. We were close to many great shops. We even took the opportunity to take some nice walks. Daniel was responsive, sincere, and hospitable. He responded swiftly to all of our questions about the property with kindness and helpfulness. The kitchen is great if you want to prepare your own meals. If I ever need a place to stay in Berkeley, this is the property you should book! Our family loved our stay!

Summary: Daniel's home in North Berkeley was just perfect for our recent family vacation. newly remodeled, we enjoyed the updated kitchen and the layout of the house worked well for four of us: the master suite and other two bedrooms at opposite ends of the house from each other, all with very comfy beds. We loved the convenience to great food at Monterey Market, a Butcher and a cheese store all within two blocks. Daniel was quick to respond to questions and even though the home is in a vibrant area, inside it is very quiet and relaxing. Such a great place.

Summary: The property was just as advertised and great. It was clean, generally well-equipped, and located in a fantastic neighborhood. We were close to the Monterrey Market and some other great shops. We even took, on occasion, a nice stroll to the nearby Whole Foods. Daniel was responsive, sincere, and hospitable. He responded swiftly to all of our questions about the property with kindness and helpfulness. The kitchen is great if you want to prepare your own meals. You also have access to Netflix, YouTubeTV, and HBOMax. In addition, if you have accounts for Disney, Hulu or other major streaming platforms you can easily access them. If I ever need a place to stay in Berkeley, I would look to see if this property were available. Wonderful experience!

Summary: Loved it from the moment we set foot in the house. The house was handsomely updated and fully stocked, with kitchen items and bathroom supplies. So often our rentals turn out to be less than expected. Pictures online don't always show the true wear and tear of a unit, and especially all the grime. This little gem was CLEAN, recently renovated, and well appointed with its decor. But even better than that is its location and proximity to everything from groceries, great restaurants, shopping, and tourist destinations. Even driving out to San Francisco or Mill Valley for a day trip is incredibly easy. Parking is easy. We always had a spot right in front of the house every day. The owner of the house is SUPER! He is really organized and prompt with any questions or problems. We had a light bulb burn out one day. He had his handy man fix it right away. But mostly he is an incredibly gracious host who offered wonderful restaurant suggestions and day outings. We really appreciated it. We had a really fun time.
