Summary: Alix has a beautiful home on a quiet , dead end street. Very comfortable for one or two people. Has a lovely deck overlooking private back yard. Hope to return there again. Highly recommended!!

Summary: Quiet, clean, decorated tastefully in fun colors. We enjoyed our short stay at Alix's place, and will look forward to going back in the future. Her friendly communication made us feel welcome and free to ask her about anything we needed. Everything was clean as a whistle, and we appreciated the quiet neighborhood vibes which included an occasional chicken cackle, as well as a distance train whistle. Very nice for a first visit to the Berkeley area.

Summary: This is a lovely lower level apartment situated above Kensington Circus. The host is very helpful and responsive. The layout provides plenty of privacy and is ideal for an extended stay, including working remotely. I loved the patio and beautiful light in the space! The apartment has a very functional and well-equipped kitchen, nice full bath, and comfortable bed, too.

Summary: This property had a nice secluded entrance at the back of the property down the stairs and behind a gate. The back yard was beautiful, and the apartment got plenty of natural light in the morning.
