Positive: This is a beautiful house in a quiet street in Berkeley. We had the Maple suite, it was clean and comfortable. The house has great character, it’s so much nicer to stay in a place like this rather than a hotel with no soul in my opinion. There’s a small communal kitchen if you need it. We never saw another person during our 2 night stay.

Negative: No negatives to mention : )

Positive: Close to the UC, but not too close. Regular nice neighborhood not so far from some shops on the street. It was interesting to see all the different architectural and gardening decisions in the neighborhood. Plus my other family members really liked the accommodations as well.

Negative: Balcony off one of the bedrooms was difficult to access. Had some trouble with the hot water on the shower as well.
