Positive: Great location. Opposite the old ruin at the start of the high street. Off street parking. Lots to visit locally, including Iping Common and garden centres, farm shops. Good local shops, coffee and pubs. Recommend the Tapas bar. Tasty food. Very friendly hosts, made you feel immediately welcome. Lovely home and attractive garden.. Comfortable room with ensuite and tea making facilities. Good breakfast with cereal, fruit and yogurts. Croissant and toast. Tea, coffee and fruit juice available.

Positive: The accommodation was absolutely lovely — comfortable, spotless, and one of those rare places that genuinely feels like a home from home. David and Angie were super kind and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth made the whole visit even better. I couldn’t have asked for better hosts or accommodation.

Negative: There was nothing that i didnt like or could complain about.

Summary: A warm, comfortable stay that felt like home.

Positive: David and Angie couldn't have been better hosts, and were very understanding about arriving back late after work. Amending the breakfast schedule to allow for a later start in the morning. They couldn't have done more!

Positive: The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Midhurst, with its shops, pubs etc, and there was plenty of room to park on the drive. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was marvellous. The hosts were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Negative: Nothing to suggest.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again someday.

Positive: The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Plus they were very flexible in allowing an earlier check in time, allowing me to get to a wedding. Breakfast in the morning was a massive plus! (Better than a standard hotel breakfast!) The bed was comfortable and having an ensuite was lovely!

Negative: Access onto the property was slightly awkward, and would recommend reversing onto the drive if I were to stay again. No lock on bedroom or ensuite door, which wasn't an issue for us, but might be for others.

Summary: A great place to stay, with excellent hosts!
