Negative: Heated towel rails as towels, once used, were difficult to dry despite warm weather.

Positive: Lovely group of cottage set in a very quiet location

Negative: When using the bath/Shower it is very hard not to get the bathroom floor from becoming wet as the shower screen is too short. This could be a risk for some people. We used the mop and bucket after each shower to dry the floor which was then ok.

Summary: A great little place to stay and to chill out but near enough to Midhurst for its facilities. A car is essential.

Positive: Very well equipped and furnished, everything good quality, the welcome basket from the farm shop is a good touch. Underfloor heating everywhere was fantastic, and it was already on when we arrived.

Negative: WiFi very intermittent, not a reliable decent strength signal over the entire stay
