Negative: Lack of bins in the bedrooms. We would have appreciated a couple of small tables for drinks etc. in the lounge.

Positive: Nice english cottage in a calm small village. Street parking was no issue. Nice arrival food package with bread, cake, milk, tea, etc Coal barbecue and fireplace with wood starter available. Comfortable beds !

Negative: With warm weather not having fly screens on the windows made ventilating without getting mosquito's inside difficult.

Positive: Beautiful cottage and really clean, comfortable, and cosy. Very handy for the centre of Cerne Abbas with lovely coffee shops and grocers. Nice to have a parking space left for us outride too, which made it really handy, and the neighbours were lovely.

Negative: Nothing, it couldn't have been better for us.

Summary: Lovely short stay to meet relatives and catch up, and definitely worth and return visit.

Positive: Beautiful, quaint, well-equipped cottage with pretty garden and patio at the rear. Quiet side road with parking by the front door, within 10 mins stroll to village and Giant. Spacious living area and kitchen. Very clean. Good clear instructions from owners. All linen and towels provided. Beautiful welcome basket on table.

Negative: Beds slightly hard, but still comfortable. Only real problem was the very poor water pressure in the shower.
