Positive: Food was excellent, great service, pool area a lot of fun

Negative: The provided mosquito nets didn't do their job. Before going to sleep I made sure any mosquitoes inside the net were killed. I was very thorough about this taking lots of time. Then at 3am I woke up in pain from multiple bites. I found 6 more mosquitoes inside my net. The net obviously does not work. I also think Bloo Lagoon does not spray baygone each day after cleaning the room. If staff spray under the bed each night there wouldn't be a mozzie problem

Positive: The view from the room was spectacular.The staff was nice and helpful, and the view from the restaurant is breathtaking. The morning yoga classes were also great

Negative: The room we stayed was facing the port.The view was breathtaking, but unfortunately, the noise of the boats coming and going during the night kept us awake. There is no air conditioning and it can become very hot. I will raccomand to ask for a room facing the other side of the hill if you want any sleep at night.

Positive: Two nights stay before heading to Gilis. Great breakfast with amazing views. Free shuttle to Bias Tugel beach (good sand) and down to ferry in town. Kids enjoyed the pool. Loved the semi-open air living and bathrooms.

Negative: Down in the town itself is quiet in evening.

Summary: Worth a stop before or after ferry.
