Positive: Location was wonderful- away from the busy port area but only 5-10 minutes to cafes and restaurants . Kadek went out of his way to help us in every possible way. He came to pick us up on the day of our arrival, organised our ferry tickets and then drove us to the port to get the ferry.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Wonderful place to stay on way to Lombok or the Gili Islands.

Positive: Absolutely amazing experience at Green Merta! The service was exceptional from start to finish, and Kadek truly made our one-night stay unforgettable. He went above and beyond to take care of us — the highlight being that he personally took us (and even helped with my bag!) to the wharf, making sure we arrived right on time without having to wait to board the ferry. It was such a thoughtful and seamless experience, and we felt genuinely looked after the whole time. Highly recommend staying here — thank you, Kadek, for making everything so easy and enjoyable! 🌴✨

Positive: The inside/grounds of the hotel were like a mini sanctuary, everything was incredibly clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the host was great and went the extra mile to help you even down to driving us and helping is get on the ferry. Very good value for money and great place to stay waiting for the ferry to the Gili Islands. There’s a hidden white sandy beach a 15 minute “hike” away, very secluded but beautiful just don’t wear flip flops on the walk there!
Negative: Only slight issue was initially locating the homestay as its not accessible via car, so a short walk from the main road. But after finding, no issues.
Summary: Very friendly staff, very accommodating, very clean. Great place to stay.

Negative: The bathroom was not great, no space to put our bathroom things on, a shelf could be really handy 🙂. No hot water and random shower pressure.
Summary: Clean and correct but dysfunctional bathroom so pretty expensive for what it actually is.
