Negative: It was dirty, living furniture is worn out. Heat came on and owner was unresponsive to request on how to turn it off. Other tenant’s parked vehicle right in front of entrance. Bath door does not shut, bedroom door (trim) was busted, someone must have locked it and then broke the door jamb to get back into room. No shower curtain for tub, we were not about to take baths. It appears to be some industrial space turned into an apartment.

Summary: Sleeping is all you will want to do in this unit.

Positive: Great location close to walking area. Own free parking. Big apartment, with many slipping spots. Some provision as salt, oil, tea were provided or at least left by previous guests.

Negative: - Could be cleaner....floor, surfaces etc. - The overall smell in the apartment was quite strong. But not fresh. The smell of the bed linen was bad and stale. - the whole interior looks quite worn out. the doors to the bathroom are swollen from moisture at the bottom and the door is already damaged, so it does not close. also there is no curtain in the shower, which makes taking a shower as cringy as possible - a person cannot close the door or close the curtain while taking a shower. - the mattress on the large bed is very soft. maybe for someone it is OK, but in general a medium-hard mattress would be the best choice for most people. unfortunately I would not return to this apartment a second time, even despite the excellent location and relatively normal (at current prices) price

Negative: We got room 1c and the wifi doesn’t work on our rooms so for any emergency we need to go outside and use which was very uncomfortable
