Summary: Check-in emails were confusing, and actual check-in details (pin number for room key) only arrived just before 5pm. We were extremely lucky there was a helpful cleaner on site, who helped make contact with the management to get access to the key. All emails say that they are available 24/7 for questions, but virtual support agents were very slow to respond.
