Summary: Very nice and helpful staff and amenities (lounges, garden, bar/restaurant, prosecco, tea, fruit, candy, chocolate at desk). In a nice location between the train station and the downtown. We didn't do the Innsbrucker card because we booked thing in advance but they could help with that. Very nice place to spend a quick night of our honeymoon - we loved the whole city and it's experiences(Nordkette and alswarovski).

Summary: Lovely garden room: spacious, very comfortable bed, well-appointed room with coffee, tea, dishes, etc., modern bathroom, nice desk, plenty of variable lighting around the space. Very friendly and useful service at the front desk. Great location not far from both the station and the main sights in Innsbruck. Excellent value. I would absolutely stay there again next time!

Summary: Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Great location just a short walk from old town. Helpful staff and loved touch of having free prosecco in the lobby. Terrace was nice to relax on as well!
