Summary: Greeted warmly by friendly staff and offered a welcome drink, which my friend and I enjoyed in the lovely garden. We had a garden room, set up with two fairly comfortable beds. The kitchenette had almost everything we needed (no microwave oven, though). The main building had a small gym and several indoor lounge areas, plus a third floor terrace, so lots of space to get out of your room. There is a delicious low-cost Indian restaurant only 100 meters away, and a stroll into the old city takes only 10 minutes. Now, the negatives: the shower is a leaky disaster, with creaky inward-opening doors that have gaps on the hinge side, plus poor caulking in the shower pan and not enough slope for water to flow *toward* the drain. It was a mess! Also, our room, #5, was the end garden room, with the hotel garbage bins in a passageway on the outer wall. The banging of the lids shutting was constant in the morning, as staff would just let lids drop instead of quietly closing them. Not an incurable defect; just a matter of staff training. Overall, though, the hotel is great and could be closer to perfect with some minor improvements.

Summary: Great location to restaurants and old town Innsbruck. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Blackout shades were appreciated! Room was small and the elevated area around the bed and facilities were a bit of a trip hazard for us.

Summary: One of the most delightful and pleasantly surprising hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel combines beautiful and stylish design with exceptional comfort, creating a warm, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. A truly charming boutique hotel that I highly recommend, located in a beautiful and lovely city. Definitely a place I would be happy to return to!

Summary: A fantastic hotel for our stop over in Innsbruck. Friendly, welcoming staff and great facilities. My husband went down to get bigger water glasses for the water in the room and the staff member gave him a whole carafe of ice cold water as well. Great service. Perfect location to be out of the busy area but only a short walk into the centre. Such an amazing room, with a huge balcony. We would 100% recommend a stay here.

Summary: It’s a nice hotel a - a bit quirky but we liked it. Garden and roof terrace are good. If you’re used to more mainstream hotels then this might not be your cup of tea, but we thought it was good.

Summary: Nala individuellhotel is a gem! Artsy, well stylized and spacious rooms, sophisticated breakfast including strudels, fresh made yoghurt and specialty items like honeycomb, beautiful garden, courteous staff, hotel parking available, but 1-2 block walk. I would love returning to Innsbruck to stay here longer and enjoy the city.

Summary: Nala was exceptional, start to finish!! Staff were very friendly during any exchange. The rooms was beautiful and THE VIEW!!!! Best I’ve seen before. Very central location- only ten minute walk to the train stations and the old town. Beautiful terrace and restaurant and the patio with the garden outside was breathtaking. Good was delish, albeit a little pricey. Would definitely go back!
