Positive: The customer service provided was excellent. They were quick to respond and fixed the problem quickly and explained how to refix if needed. The house was exactly as pictured, it was clean (except for a few dishes), and had everything we needed while staying there.

Negative: We felt misled by the photos. A couple of the photos make it look like beach access is very close to the house, and probably within walking distance. No where in the description did it say that accessing the beach required driving across HWY101 and was about 1/2 a mile or more away. The pictures also make it appear that you can see the beach from the house, and that couldn't be further from the truth. Seeing the ocean also required a drive away from the house, because Beverly Beach access was closed, and wasn't informed until it was too late to change our mind, so we really missed the ability to enjoy the ocean, which was the main reason we chose a vacation on the Oregon coast.

Summary: We had a good time, and enjoyed the house, but wanted better access to the beach.

Positive: Quick response time when I could not access the home.

Negative: I choose this place solely on the hot tub and half the jets didn’t work properly and the ones that would turn on created foam. Maybe the chemicals were not done properly?

Positive: The Home was wonderful. had some issues with the hot tub being locked up but called the management they sent someone right out and it was a quick fix for us.

Negative: Nothing could of been better this mini vacation was just what we needed

Positive: the backyard was big and had a nice fire pit area with lounge chairs.

Negative: there’s a flower bush growing near the hot tub, and the bees are too busy at they’re work to let anybody go near the hot tub.
