Positive: The house was beautiful and so comfortable. The backyard was fully enclosed and safe for our dog. She loved the doggy door and being able to roam freely. We loved the few and the area of the house.

Negative: Nothing. It was all lovely.

Positive: We liked the hiking trail to the beach, but not flat and not for those who need to always hold on to travel on uneven ground, and there are steep cliff areas, hikers take caution with those who need the extra care. We liked the two levels of the home and the HOT TUB!! We liked the retro nostalgia touches in the home, but would LOVE to see the upstairs room swapped out for a King in one room!! We would also like to see a more comfortable couch w/recliners and bigger TV for those watching TV upstairs while taking in the view too! :)

Negative: No King in one of the rooms. No blackout curtains for sleeping in. No dishwasher detergent for guests. Not comfy or reclining seating and bigger TV for upper living room entertainment area. Not a locking internal door to garage.

Positive: Location superb comfy beds clean nice bathroom Loads of space Pet friendly well-equipped kitchen Hot tub clean and working use of garage for guests child/pet gates handy- but all broken! recycle bins

Negative: Yard not kept up or mowed- tough to clean up after dog Overall the place needs updating and repairs- lots of small worn or broken or stained items throughout the home There was no key or lock on hot tub as it said there would be Fence needs repair in side drive- dog can escape door lock/key pad failed thermostat hard to read or work towels too old and smelly shower needs safety/grab bar window blinds warped in second bedroom- blinds all around likely are leaded and need replacing oven not in working order- this is NOT ok at all large pieces of wood door molding left lying on deck Painters showed up at 8 in the morning on our last day - this is unacceptable all around. Garbage service instructions were not accurate

Summary: Will look to return if a number of the issues we flagged are credibly addressed and resolved.
