The upstairs and downstairs beach front studios..My beach front studios for 2 guests are located right on beautiful sandy Kailua Beach. they are quiet with private entrances and private bathrooms, modern, spacious and tastefully furnished. The tropical beachfront yard is there for you to enjoy...... walk, jog, swim, surf or kite surf on beautiful Kailua beach at your door steps.....or just .relax in the sun...fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves rolling in. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony or lawn overlooking the beach and ocean. No better place to spend the perfect time in beautiful Hawaii.
We provide free onsite parking in garage, wireless internet access, air conditioning, overhead fans, kitchenette. Excellent shopping, restaurants, and amenities are all nearby. Honolulu, Waikiki, and the airport are all thirty minutes away by car.We do charge a one time move out cleaning fee of $110.00 ...Our lovely units are private, quite, clean, fully furnished, and reasonably priced. It is managed and run with Aloha by the friendly owners since 1985. We speak English, German, and Spanish. We are not a booking agency. We are members of the Kailua Chamber of Commerce. ....Reasonably Priced at $265.00 plus 17.96% Tax, per night for a studio right on Kailua Beach, Oahu.
We also do rent out for 1 month or longer at a reduced price.

Summary: A relaxing stay on Kailua Beach. Peaceful and private with the beach just outside the gate. Plenty of space for two and easy walking distance to town and restaurants. We would definitely book again.

Summary: A comfortable unit right on magnificent Kailua beach, what could be better?! Being able to look out to the Pacific Ocean/Kailua Bay and hear the waves breaking all the time was wonderful, as well as the short walk out to the beach to see the sunrise each morning. The unit was roomy with everything we needed for our 6 day stay. Make sure you rent a small car as parking is provided within a garage shared with another guest. Communication with the host was excellent.

Summary: What a great spot. Far better than staying on the "busy" side of the island. Lots of local restaurants and beach's. Parking was a bit challenging but other than that, great location.

Summary: If you’re looking for a quiet location, right on the beach, with amazing views, soft white sand beaches, warm gentle ocean waters, and excellent attention from the host, this is the place to book. Right next door to Lanikai Beach, and within driving distance to many tourist sites, this idyllic spot will truly give you a convenient and restorative vacation. It was very hard for us to say good-bye.

Summary: This was our first trip to Hawaii and our first Vrbo experience. This host made both very enjoyable. From the beginning, communication was prompt and clear. We were greeted when we arrived, and the host was pleasant even when we locked ourselves out of the unit! The location is perfect for a low-key stay in Kialua. The neighborhood is quite and close to beaches and other amenities--of course the beach is right there. Literally outside of the back door. Everything you might need (including locally owned shops and restaurants) is a short distance away. On our trip, we took a few excursions to Honolulu, and were always anxious to get back watch the waves in the back yard. If you are looking for a quiet place to vacation or a relaxing place to return after excursions to local hikes, parks, and beaches, you can't do any better than this. If we plan another trip to Hawaii, we will make our plans based on the availability of this spot.

Summary: Spent 10 days in heaven at this wonderful studio located in a residential area (very uncrowded beach). Listing is just as described, right on the beautiful and pristine beach in Kailua with a beautiful setup on the lawn to sunbath, enjoy your morning coffee, read or just enjoy the view. Eva is an incredibly caring and gracious host, very helpful with local sites, events and shops. Studio had a well-stocked kitchen, with fridge and hot plate, plenty of towels and beach amenities. Would absolutely recommend; we spent time all over Oahu, but loved returning to our home base beach. Local farmers markets/food truck festivals were a great way to sample many local eats. Each segment of the island has its own vibe, and we didn't have a bad meal anywhere. Stores/restaurants were very kind and happy to help with information. Bring water shoes for your excursions, and the sand in Waikiki was the hottest I'd ever felt, and we live not far from beaches. We went to China Walls and Sunset Beach for the sunset, but sitting on the patio and stargazing while waiting for first light and sunrise was amazing. Thank you, Miss Eva for a wonderful 25th anniversary stay!
