Positive: Breakfast was basic but a good starter for the day. The bed was lovely and comfortable and large . Wifi and TV was good.

Negative: It was a little tricky to locate there is no sign or indication it is the place to go. We were lucky it was daylight and could recognize it by the picture. It is in the middle of nowhere but the satnav was almost correct and you just have to turn right.

Positive: Hotel is NOT in Stepantsminda. It is in small village nearby and you have to drive to and from Stepantsminda. Hotel itself is a small guest house, it was ok. The view is also good. Average breakfast.

Negative: Wrong location. Absolutely nothing around the hotel, you have to drive to get food or drinks. The road is quite bad. Stuff was good, but they forgot to give us shampoo and soap.

Positive: The rooms are spacious, the hotel is clean and very pleasant, a charming hostess. We ordered dinner and a really delicious birthday cake through her, very tasty Georgian home food. The view is breathtaking, a quiet place with clean air.

Negative: It is far from everything and there is no mosquito net.
