Summary: Lovely apartment, great location...BUT persistent sewer smell was most unpleasant and management supplied room deodorant was not effective. Would not rent again.

Summary: The apartment was cozy and the location was perfect. Parking was not a problem and Gros neighborhood was convenient to all we wanted to do. We only found ourselves wishing that there were some basic cooking supplies. Salt and pepper would have been nice.
