Summary: This house was perfect for our group in every way. The size and layout were fantastic! Privacy where you need it as well as great spaces for hanging out together. The porch was the best! Also, this location turned out to be ideal for all. The teenagers could go walk around town in the evening without needing an adult to drive them anywhere. Plus, my son and his friend got up early every morning to go fishing at the end of the dock which is just across the road from the house! Mornings were made even better with the short walk to Mocha Mott’s for coffee! What a great week we all had staying in this wonderful house.

Summary: My group of 10 (5 teenagers and 5 adults) loved this home! We had plenty of space. The location was perfect - we could walk a block away to the "little beach" or walk/bike for a few minutes into downtown Vineyard Haven. Grace, the realtor, was also very responsive!

Summary: Beautiful patio, great experience, great communication. House was prepared for us, really clean! The house is pretty close to downtown vineyard haven to walk as well, also walkable to the ferry terminal, maybe about 10-15 minutes!
