Positive: We enjoyed the grill and screen porch, quiet location

Negative: The lock box is a bit of a pain and dont seem to work quite right, i think the little black tab is broken but I really have no complaints

Positive: This property is fantastic. It is a little bit out of the way from the center Vineyard Haven, though we thought the ability to unwind away from the crowded center is great feature. It is very well appointed and has lost of space and rooms. The house was immaculate upon arrival. It is definitely one of those homes you wish you could stay in much longer. The hummingbirds fluttering around the beautifully curated garden was an additional bonus.

Negative: The home is right off State Road, which is kinda busy with car traffic. It’s just State Road is not ideal for a morning walk or jog, but that is really a very very minor quibble.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this well appointed and lovely location.

Positive: The big yard was a nice surprise and it was very shady during a hot spell. Very private and off the main road. The house was well stocked

Negative: Gas grill didn't work. Outdoor shower was not usable. Fire pit was not usable. Maybe remove these from the listing?

Summary: We enjoyed out stay and would come again!
