Summary: This condo was just as beautiful as the photos. Perfectly located in the condominium with almost a full wall of windows from the living space through the bedroom and bathroom. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by a bin full of toys and chairs that were most likely left by other renters. Paired with the chairs and umbrella covered by our room credit, we had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for our group of 9, and another 3-4 could have fit as well. Lots of living room seating which turned into beds as well. Ice maker in condo was great but it was also nice having a large ice maker on the first floor for the coolers. Overall secure and safe. We felt comfortable letting our 12 and 14 year old walk from the beach to the pool by themselves. The beach was private, reserved only for Beachside 1 guests. The beach next to Beachside 1 seemed as if it was open to anyone in the general area of the community and was packed. After seeing this, we were quite appreciative of our private beach. Lastly, the Beach Reunion team was very helpful. We were greeted with a text, the codes worked immediately, and they respected to texts within 5 minutes or less. Very impressed!

Summary: This unit has the closest and most beautiful views of the gulf and pool. I would rent this unit again! The only problem we had was that our unit was dirty when we arrived. I mean, not cleaned yet…unmade beds, dirty sheets, towels on floor, as though someone checked out and no cleaning service had arrived. We arrived 3 hours after the check in time and were tired and wanted to settle in. I called the emergency line and was told they may have to send me to another unit. Thankfully a cleaning crew was found and we left and gave them about 3 hours. We sat a little while longer in the living room and the very thorough cleaning crew left the unit in pristine condition! I was told the management would call me in the morning and make things right. I never received that call and I called them back on our last day leaving a message to which no return call came. I use this rental company often though this property did reroute me to another site I assume this company was at fault for the delay of cleaning. Due to no communication about delay of our check in process I would rent directly through sandestin or vrbo. They could have offered a late checkout giving us back our time. Something as simple as a return call always makes for good business!

Summary: We have been to Beachside 1 numerous times and love it! It’s not too big and spread out. The walk to the beach is easy, pool beautiful and property is extremely clean and well maintained. Our unit was beautiful, updated, spacious and comfortable. We can’t wait to return.

Summary: I came for a conference and brought the family. The condo has lots of inviting light. And amazing views from almost every room. Plenty of seating and a table to gather at. Everyone had a bed and it was nice to have a lot of beds in all sizes. The kitchen was well stocked to cook with. We enjoyed the beach and condo amenities. Our favorite was having a free ice machine for coolers on the first floor. Excellent place to stay.
