17 miles north of Ocean Shores, on a secluded street with about a dozen homes, this home is available to rent three different ways: the entire home, the upper duplex or the lower duplex. This listing is for the UPPER DUPLEX, a fully self contained two bedroom unit.

At the Blue Pearl, the view is amazing! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your deck, living room, kitchen and front bedroom. Walk merely 60 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home!
The amazing view is available at a small price … there are stairs … about 40 into the upper level. They are sturdy and wide. This property would not be appropriate for someone who has difficulty walking up or down stairs. It is not wheelchair accessible.
Inside you will find a well-stocked kitchen with most everything you need to prepare meals including complimentary spices, coffee and tea, and beverage condiments as well as cleaning supplies. There is a crock pot, electric fry pan and electric griddle. Linens, towels and paper products are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. There are two bedrooms in the upper duplex with queen beds, tvs and DVD players. In the living room, there is a Smart TV connected to cable service with a DVD player. There is a wide variety of DVD movies. We also have a wireless speaker! We have a variety of games, puzzles and books for all ages! There is a full size briquette BBQ on the upper deck. There are also two clamming guns and a bucket stored in the broom closet by the front bedroom.
Free WIFI access is included. Please be sure to adjust your phone settings to enable WIFI calling before you leave home. Some carriers require you do this from their network. Cell phone service is sketchy along the coast! This property does not have a landline. The wifi name is 52Sunset. The password is bluepearl.
When you are ready to relax, there is an enclosed hot tub where you can also enjoy the view! The hot tub is shared by guests in both the upper and lower units. Please be respectful and follow the posted rules.
There is also a fire pit with rustic seating on the property. Firewood is available for sale in several locations nearby. You are welcome to use any wood stacked near the fire pit.
Your pre-approved dogs are welcome, with a limit of two. Pet fee applies. Dogs must be friendly and under 40 pounds. Exceptions on a case by case basis. Doggy bags are provided; please pick up and dispose of any waste your dog leaves in the yard, on the private road or on the beach. Barking dogs are not allowed. If you would not allow your dog to run off leash in a dog park due to temperament, this is not the place for you. There are many friendly dogs off leash in the area and on the beach who may approach your dog on leash.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home, on the decks & stairs or on the property.
