Summary: Everything was wonderful in terms of the house and the location - clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, and a very well-equipped kitchen. Nice to have all of the instructions laid out in a notebook, including tips for restaurants, etc. The gorgeous beach is right across the street and the hot tub was hot and ready to go!The only problem we had was the fact that the internet kept going out, sometimes for just a minute and sometimes for hours. I get it. Remote area with only satellite wifi service, so there's probably nothing to be done, but it was a little inconvenient when we tried to watch a movie, and since my phone also didn't get much of a signal, searching for places to go and GPS info just took awhile. So bring books and plan to unplug!

Summary: Amazing time at Sea Smoke! Clean, hosts very responsive, and location is prime. The hot tub was drained and heating up on our arrival which was lovely to know it was clean. The whole home was very clean considering sand can be easily tracked in from the beach. Short walk to the beach and the deck was nice and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen. Bbq well maintained. The yard wasn’t mowed but oh well. Just be aware lots of stairs, so be sure your family is physically up for that.

Summary: The view is amazing, the area is quiet and perfect for families. Its also so close to the beach. The house feels so big and accommodated the 6 people we had. Kids loved the hot tub our dog loved the fenced in yard!
