Summary: The young lady who checked us in and worked nights was amazing! I told my wife her presentation of the resort info was like Disney level. I felt like i was staying at a Disney resort. We loved everything about our stay. Sam is great at the restaurant thanks for an amazing two days!

Summary: It was pretty, but the furniture was really uncomfortable. Who wants to sit on hard chairs? It's a 2 bedroom but there was one soft chair & one weird couch. It was better when we lowered the back & added a bunch of pillows. Also, I totally get upgrading your pool area but it would have been nice if there would have been one bathroom closed at a time or something. It would also have been lovely if there were more treats available for sale in the office or something. The staff was really nice & it helped that we could text with questions.

Summary: We stayed in this room a year ago and it appeared to be the same. We love the room because of its amazing views and space. The room was clean and tidy. That said, the unit itself is outdated, needs to be refreshed, and repairs are badly needed to wooden doors and ceiling tiles. Draperies need to be cleaned or replaced. Kitchen utensils and cookware are sparse for a room that sleeps 6.
