An exceptional floor plan lends itself to the extensive view windows all around bringing in lots of light throughout and beautiful wood flooring.
The large open kitchen with bar seating showcases rich wood finishes, granite counters, stainless steel appliances & inside laundry. New King size bed in master bedroom and New Queen bed in guest bedroom along with a sleeper sofa in the living room New Beds very comfortable! Just remodeled with new neutral carpeting & paint with custom baseboards and crown molding. We have air conditioning and smart T.V.'s in both bedrooms and the living room.
This beautifully maintained community offers a large pool/spa (Pool is Not heated during the winter), BBQ's and fire pits, fabulous state of the art fitness center and lovely clubhouse with kitchenette. Fully secured building with underground parking, 2 assigned parking spaces in a secure lot with secure locked storage area for bikes & surfboards.

Summary: Our goal was to walk everyday and this location was perfect. Whether 15 minutes to downtown on the streets, or 10 minutes to the beach for RnR, everything was easily within reach. Oceanside beach is also wide, flat and well packed for a great 3mile walk! The condo was comfortable and the building very well managed! Love to return
