Positive: The very best part of the house is the deck, the path to the beach and the views. It’s an older home. Cozy.

Negative: Kitchen appliances are new. Kitchen is decently stocked. Kitchen cabinets and countertops desperately need to be replaced. Some Cabinet doors don’t close. Toilet paper holder in basement bath is coming out of the wall. The tub is slippery. Suggest you add a safety bar and mat for bathtub. Faucet in main floor bathroom is broken so difficult to turn hot to cold.

Summary: Great location with easy access to beach and lovely deck. Older home with a cozy feel. Sim small repairs .
