Positive: Amazing location and wonderful house. Clean, great layout - not huge, but we liked the size. Beautiful garden, nice firepit and picnic table, with a spectacular view. Not close to the beach, but we could easily drive there quickly, and the view was worth it. Not too far from Manzanita, which has nice places to eat and groceries. Not too far from Canon Beach.

Negative: My first vacation home rental, so I have no comparison. But the kitchen wasn't super organized and was a bit of a mishmash of leftover pots and pans and utensils. The cost was high to me, but I shared with three other friends so that worked great for us. It's disappointing that check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am, but I guess it's not a hotel.

Summary: My friends and I definitely would rent the house again, and we really like Manzanita.
