Positive: Super close to the sea, just a 3 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach!

Negative: When someone arrived at the apartment above, you could here every step quite loudly.

Positive: Location, accessibility to hikes and to Nehalem and Manzanita. Shower was nice.

Negative: I never like people walking above me. I have not lived in an apartment for 40 years, and my vacations are usually taken in higher to highest quality units where there is little, if any, neighbor noise. Had I known we were to be assigned to this downstairs unit in advance, I never would have taken it. I was surprised there were no Keurig coffee pods supplied. Why?

Summary: Nice place, poor view, kid friendly (no kids for us). Sucks to be underneath someone's space
