Summary: Beautiful hotel on the beach!! Great restaurants on site. Very nice pool had 150 chairs but ONLY 12 umbrellas which was poorly planned out. Guests were unhappy with that ALL day. Housekeeping and room service staff not that great. I asked for ice to the room and they told me to go get it. My key card wouldn't let me get to a floor that had the ice machines, so I had to go downstairs to get ice. The same thing happened the 3 days I was there. One person told me to walk the stairwell and find ice!!! I asked for face towels and the person on the phone asked what did I need them for? They need to work on customer service at this location.

Summary: Overall, we have enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. Its not the full luxury experience of the nearby hotels (hotel is squeezed between the W and the Four Seasons) but the price we paid for a 1 bedroom suite was also bearable. On arrival, we got upgraded to a corner suite (vs normal 1 br suite) which had larger balcony space that we enjoyed. The hotel provided a crib upon our request but it took a lot longer to get it (several hours of wait) then I would expect. So nap time for my toddler was a disaster. Hotel provides some concierge service through text messaging which worked well sometimes and didnt work the other times (no one showed up or showed up 5 hours later). The property itself is renovated and well maintainted. Beds were very comfortable! I didnt feel like the floors were cleaned daily as there were lints and dust on it. We had a full kitchen but absolutely nothing in it - no plates, mugs or even wine glasses (which we thought was odd). Beach is not super clean around there and they charge you extra for an umbrella or an extra chair (2 come with room). Some pool/beach towels were worn out. People at front desk and bell men were very helpful. But the daily valet is very expensive -$60 a day!
