Summary: My wife and I stayed at Loggerhead and this property for the first time in dozens of visits to Sanibel over the last 40 years. Mary was in constant communication about the state of things on the property and around the island as Milton hit one week before our arrival. The condo was spared any damage. The property was in better condition than most around the island. The view from our first floor over the dune to the beach was clean and unobstructed and beautiful. The window wall in the living room allowed a clear view of the beauty outside instead of a filtered view through the screened porch as it was adjacent the master bedroom. Every incidental was taken care of in the unit and at the property. We highly recommend the unit.

Summary: Where do I even start? Our experience at Loggerhead Cay #501 was nothing short of outstanding. The place is absolutely beautiful. Having recently been remodeled, it was clean, very well furnished, and what an excellent location! You can't get a unit any closer to the beach! And being on the first floor was a first for us. We've usually booked places with a few flights of stairs and quite a walk to the beach. And while we are still relatively young, it was very nice to NOT have to deal with flights of stairs or wait for the elevator every time we went in and out. The beach locker with chairs, umbrella, cart, etc. was a wonderful added bonus! It saved us having to bring our own! It was so nice to have the sand washing station between the room and the beach. It was great to be free of sand when we got back to the room. The kitchen is very well-supplied with about everything you'll need. And there are plenty of extra linens and pillows in the bedrooms. Anything we needed from Keith or Mary was provided in an extremely timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. They never made us feel like we were bothering them and always welcomed our questions. We would definitely stay in this unit again!
