Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at this rental.Condo was tastefully decorated ,beds were comfy and the beach a short walk away. Lots of extras including beach chairs, coolers,shelling tools and beach toys. Perfect!

Summary: We traveled with my 90 year old handicapped mother so access to house, shower and beach were primary search. This provided everything for her easy access - we rented beach wheelchair that was delivered and the walk and beach access was perfect for handicap access as well as the owner beach items available for use were ideal. We so enjoyed the stay, privacy and yet easy access to grocery store. The beach is absolutely a shell finder's dream - Sanibel is the place to visit. Thank you to the owners for their prompt responses and easy process of access, your home is absolutely beautiful.

Summary: This was our 3rd trip to sanibel, and by far our favorite place we've stayed. The unit was clean, beautiful, and full of everything you need. The walk to the beach is very close, the pool is right there, and we all had a great time. Additionally, the owner is very responsive, very helpful, and very courteous. Couldn't be happier and when we come back to sanibel, this is where we'll be staying. Thank you so much!

Summary: Sanibel is still getting back on its feet but this property is one of the first to be back. We basically had the beach to ourselves since the next 10 apartment buildings on either side were still under construction. No work on the weekend so nice and quiet and even when Monday came there was minimal noise (we are up early with kids anyway). There were enough good restaurants that we had our pick. We enjoyed doc fords (good kids menu) and the magic bus ice cream shop. Walking around by the lighthouse was nice. But mostly we hung on the beach and in the pool which was warm and mostly empty. No shallow area except the steps (3.5ft shallowest). Kids loved finding shells and picking their favs to bring home. Ground floor made it very easy to run in and out. Would stay again!
