Summary: We will be coming back for sure!! We had an awful time getting down there because of our flights. The staff there felt so bad for us they upgraded our room, which honestly was just an added bonus that put our stay over the top. If that had not of happened, and we had our room that I had originally had booked, I would still give them 5 stars! Because it was a wonderful resort, perfect location, lots to do, pool is amazing, lots of add ons and activities. I just can't say enough about this place. We took a family of 5 we had people who love the beach and people who love the pool this resort is perfect for both types of vacationers!

Summary: Very clean and quiet. I did not realize how expansive the property is. I was quite a long walk from the main pool and where you get beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach access was close, but to use showers you had to walk 100 yards or more by the west end pool. Food was delicious at tiki bar. Drinks were delicious but very pricey. Lots of food options and activities at the main pool all day. Chairs were comfortable everywhere and very clean facilities. It was a short notice reservation so I couldn't get a room closer to things. But they were always available for a ride in the golf cart whenever I needed. Staff was very kind everywhere!

Summary: Excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, recently renovated, and offers excellent amenities. The unit es modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. I also want to recognize the front desk team (specially Terry) for their outstanding service. We experienced an issue with the range, and they responded immediately, resolving quickly and very courteously. Great service, great facilities, and great stay overall. Highly recommended. Book a teppanyaki dinner in Shima Restaurant.!!!

Summary: I stayed at this property with my husband for almost a week. Super quick walk to the beach from our room and the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas. Our favorite amenity was the bikes that they let you check out. We rode the bikes all over the Island and it was wonderful. The staff refreshed our towels every day while we were out so that was really nice to come back to. The only negatives are that there was only 1 mirror in the room and it was in the bathroom and the TV was hard to navigate at first. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at Sundial.

Summary: We were not given the room we originally booked. The lights didn’t work in one room. We had no phone to call the front desk in the room. And had to look up the number and use our own phones. Front desk was extremely unhelpful. Staff weren’t friendly. One bed in our room had a huge dip in the middle. We were not given any access to WiFi passwords. And customer service gave us three different stories and prices when we asked to extend our stay just for a late checkout. The kids were swimming and using the water slide and staff kept turning off the water on it while they were on it. All around, I’d rather stay somewhere that has staff trained with customer service and problem solving skills.

Summary: The hotel is comfortable, our room has a full kitchen, which we used. The room is spacious, with a partial ocean view as described. It has an excellent restaurant, as well as other options inside and outside. Included are multiple amenities, bicycles , kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Staff is very attentive. Waves at the beach in late May were a little rough, but you should be able to catch the right time/place. Otherwise it has beautiful shells or just relax…or go to the pool.

Summary: Kayak rental - chair was not attached, Life vest straps were not working. Had to get help when son was knocked off kayak. Coast guard was called. Tie dye - shirt was not 100 % cotton so die all rinsed off.
