Summary: Location and view is excellent!l. The condo was clean and met all our needs. Sunrise was awesome! Saw dolphins, pink spoonbills and a sea turtle. Communication was great! As described and a little piece of paradise!

Summary: The condo was very comfortable and just the right size for 2 people. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. The condo's beachy decore and amazing view of the ocean is intoxicating. The owner was very nice to lend us beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. There was construction going on during the week in the garage below, and pounding and the sound of a drill could be heard in the condo. Fortunately we spent most of our time out of the condo on the beach or exploring and weren't bothered much by the construction noise. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, pans, etc. It wound have been nice if shampoo, bodywash, and kleenex had been made available, but that is a minor point. All in all our stay was excellent. This was our second time at this place and we hope to return next year!) on in the garage

Summary: This was the perfect condo for our adult post-Christmas getaway. You can’t get more beachfront, and the condo size and layout was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

Summary: This is a condo complex that I really love because of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the proximity of the ocean to the building, which means there's not a huge hike to get to the water. This unit is nicely decorated, but it is exceptional because of the wonderful owners. Their communication is the best I've ever had of any rental property and they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can possibly be. Highly recommend!

Summary: The condo was perfect for our family. The condo is in a great location on the beach. We expected the beach to be more crowded the week of July 4th which was not the case. The walk to the beach is much shorter than most condos in Fernandina. The condo itself was stocked with more than what most are. I’m not sure if that’s the norm or maybe a guest before us left supplies. It was a nice touch. The king size bed’s mattress is firm and I was very skeptical at first. My husband and I agreed it was very comfortable. Overall, we have no complaints. We’ve stayed in many condos over the years in Fernandina and I would say this was the best one yet.
