Summary: The hotel is located next to the beach and Fort Clinch state park which was plus! The room carpet has a large stains which looks like the animal waste. The front desk personnel was very friendly offered a room change. The hot water was sparse so if you have long hair would be hard to get enough water to washed out shampoo. Pool and gym room were great! I love the location. Wish the carpet in the room changes to the tile or wood floor since this is dog friendly hotel. Overall I love this hotel and wish it will improve in the future.

Summary: The front desk associate was friendly and check- in was quick. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint on the room was the door was very difficult to open, we had to push very hard. However, an engineer came minutes after my call and fixed the door. The hotel is located on Atlantic Blvd which is a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Fort Clinch State Park and Downtown. As far as dining, there are not many options, just the pool bar and Starbucks where we placed a cooked to order breakfast. However, there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel also has a gym, pool, hot tub and stations where you can fill in your water bottle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will return.

Summary: We got a great rate on a weekend, for price, but were just disappointed in the changes we saw, as repeat visitors to this hotel since it's opening. They appear to have hiring issues, as the pool I went across to the other side of the hotel for coffee (free, so no complaints). The other side of the hotel was stuffy and hot all weekend, A/C issues? Positives were that the bartenders were great, other than the pool area, all else was clean.

Summary: The large marge’s at the checking with the tattoo smile were very condescending. They should not be in the hospitality business. I have traveled the world and stayed at many JW Marriott, and a member of Marriott. These people at the front desk are very poor representation of your company.

Summary: The hotel was beautifully designed. The pool area was phenomenal. The location was great. The staff was very nice. There were two issues we found with the hotel. First was that while they were supposed to come in and make your bed and get rid of your garbage every day and thoroughly clean on the third day as per the notice we were given on check-in. Our room was only cleaned once so we had piles of garbage in our room three out of the four days. The other issue I have with the hotel is the cost of food and drinks. Two frozen drinks cost $28 and a breakfast burrito times two was $30 with $4.00 waters. While I understand hotels don’t always give free breakfast, I certainly was not expecting to pay $30 for breakfast. Nor was I expecting to pay cruise prices for frozen drinks. All in all it was a nice stay but I would tell you to go off site for meals, drinks and buy a case of water for $7.00.
