Positive: The fear in renting these properties is the responsiveness of the property when something may go wrong. When we arrived, our code did not work but it was one text and was taken care of in 5 minutes. The property itself was clean and very nice. Great access to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Downtown Fernandina Beach. Was never in a situation where we didn't know what we were responsible for and what was provided. Will definitely stay again.

Negative: What we didn't like was not under their control. We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. I really can't think of anything that was a negative during our stay.

Positive: The location, proximity to the beach, and the overall comfort of the condo was great! The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked several meals. The bathroom was large and clean with great water pressure. TVs had multiple streaming options that were easy to navigate. Also, instructions for check in/washing clothes, etc were all easy to understand.

Negative: I wish there was outdoor seating or a deck.

Positive: THE PROPERTY WAS WONDERFUL AND WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF THE OCEAN! RAY WAS AN ATTENTIVE HOST CHECKING ON US TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOING WELL. UPON OUR REQUEST,RAY ACCOMMODATED US WITH CHECKING IN EARLY! OUR FIRST TIME VISITING AMELIA ISLAND AN WE WILL CERTAINLY COME BACK AND STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!

Positive: The access to the beach was perfect for us, especially when our 2 and 4 year old grandsons arrived. The apartment was the perfect size for us as well. I particularly appreciated the the washer and dryer.
